Promote the reform of salary structure and personnel incentive policies, increase the support for the construction of research platforms, strengthen humanistic care, introduce high-level subject leaders, and form a stable faculty with outstanding industry background, reasonable title structure, meeting the requirements of the indicators of professional master's degree cultivation points, and having certain influence in the region.

Expand cooperation programs with overseas universities, establish alumni networks, provide more opportunities for alumni and the society for continuing education and professional development, improve the level of professional social services, and build the specialty into a highly reputable academic program in the region.
