智能金融學(xué)院（SIF, School of Intelligent Finance）成立于2018年4月，是全國首個(gè)以“智能金融”命名的國際化專業(yè)學(xué)院，其前身為2010年設(shè)立的西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)天府學(xué)院智能金融研究所。學(xué)院“傳承光華金融學(xué)脈，勇立天府智能潮頭”，基于人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、區(qū)塊鏈等核心科技要素，對接國內(nèi)外標(biāo)桿產(chǎn)學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，致力于培養(yǎng)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代所急需的，能提供智能化、個(gè)性化、定制化金融服務(wù)的，具有國際視野的復(fù)合型實(shí)用人才。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)為西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)天府學(xué)院“雙一流”首批重點(diǎn)建設(shè)“智能金融”專業(yè)集群的承建單位,以學(xué)校成都校區(qū)為基地，在院學(xué)生2400余人。

· 領(lǐng)先的專業(yè)布局

學(xué)院密切關(guān)注國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢、積極響應(yīng)區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展人才需求，現(xiàn)設(shè)有金融學(xué)（含智能金融聯(lián)合學(xué)士學(xué)位創(chuàng)新班、國際私人銀行方向）、金融工程、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、資產(chǎn)評估、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)5個(gè)本科專業(yè)以及金融服務(wù)與管理、證券實(shí)務(wù)、資產(chǎn)評估與管理、跨境電子商務(wù)4個(gè)專科專業(yè)。2023年新增加了我校和電子科技大學(xué)成都學(xué)院合作開設(shè)的金融學(xué)（智能金融）聯(lián)合學(xué)士學(xué)位創(chuàng)新班，該班依托兩校的學(xué)科專業(yè)優(yōu)勢，充分整合優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，形成具有代表性的跨學(xué)科、跨學(xué)校的“新商科+新工科”深度交叉融合的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式。金融學(xué)（國際私人銀行方向）是國內(nèi)高校首個(gè)針對以私人銀行為代表的高端財(cái)富管理領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的典范。金融工程則是域內(nèi)私立高校首家設(shè)立，聯(lián)合海內(nèi)外標(biāo)桿產(chǎn)學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，專注培養(yǎng)市場急需的智能交易人才。國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易基于成德綿產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)際，專注于培養(yǎng)全球化背景下的服務(wù)貿(mào)易與跨境電商實(shí)用人才。

· 卓越的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)

學(xué)院擁有一支學(xué)歷層次高、學(xué)緣結(jié)構(gòu)合理、充滿拼搏干勁的卓越教學(xué)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)。現(xiàn)有專業(yè)教師中，半數(shù)以上專職教師具有海外學(xué)習(xí)背景，百分之六十以上滿足“雙師型”要求。同時(shí)，學(xué)院積極引入國內(nèi)外行業(yè)標(biāo)桿機(jī)構(gòu)資深專家作為行業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師，參與人才培養(yǎng)與專業(yè)集群建設(shè)，共謀發(fā)展，始終用行業(yè)前沿發(fā)展需求指引專業(yè)建設(shè)。

學(xué)院基于國標(biāo)要求，積極引入國際金融中心行業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系，堅(jiān)持雙語教學(xué)，堅(jiān)持全球視角，與摩納哥、瑞士、香港、美國、澳洲等多家標(biāo)桿產(chǎn)學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)緊密合作，打造多樣化、人性化的學(xué)習(xí)、研究、交流和深造的國際化產(chǎn)學(xué)平臺。

學(xué)院突出知識和技能的培養(yǎng)，強(qiáng)調(diào)能力的提升與品位的熏陶。與行業(yè)標(biāo)桿機(jī)構(gòu)緊密合作，共建了多個(gè)領(lǐng)先的產(chǎn)學(xué)一體實(shí)訓(xùn)基地，例如與CSMAR共建的智能金融綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室、與澳洲金融機(jī)構(gòu)共建的智能交易實(shí)驗(yàn)室、與恒生科技共建的金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制與合規(guī)經(jīng)營仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及國信證券金融數(shù)據(jù)庫實(shí)驗(yàn)室、智勝個(gè)人理財(cái)工作室、跨境電子商務(wù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)流程綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室等，充分滿足行業(yè)前沿技能培養(yǎng)需求。同時(shí)，學(xué)院倡導(dǎo)以賽促教，以賽促學(xué)。近三年，學(xué)生參加校外各種專業(yè)類競賽累計(jì)獲獎(jiǎng) 300余項(xiàng)，并在相關(guān)賽事中獲得 4次團(tuán)體一等獎(jiǎng)。其中，52人次獲國家級比賽一等獎(jiǎng)，230人次獲國家級比賽二等獎(jiǎng)，371人次獲國家級比賽三等獎(jiǎng)，25人次獲國家級比賽其他獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)；20人次獲省級比賽一等獎(jiǎng)，66人次獲省級比賽二等獎(jiǎng)。在注重專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)上，學(xué)院在域內(nèi)開創(chuàng)性提供包括藝術(shù)品鑒賞、中西社交禮儀、高尚運(yùn)動(dòng)、葡萄酒品鑒等豐富多彩的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程，為學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯進(jìn)階提供全方位素質(zhì)提升保障。

MISSION: Inheriting the financial lineage of Guanghua, The School is bravely standing on the tide of Tianfu intelligence, joining the construction of the western financial center and helping the development of China's financial technology.

The School of Intelligent Finance (SIF), established in April 2018, is the first international professional school named "Intelligent Finance" in China, and its predecessor is the Institute of Intelligent Finance of Tianfu College of Southwest University of Finance and Economics established in 2010. "Inheriting Guanghua's Financial Lineage, Rising to the Tide of Tianfu Intelligence", based on core technology elements such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and blockchain, and connected with benchmark industry and academic institutions at home and abroad, the School of Intelligent Finance is dedicated to cultivating comprehensive and practical talents with international vision who can provide intelligent, personalized and customized financial services, which are urgently needed in the digital economy.

We are the contractor of the professional cluster of "Intelligent Finance" in the first batch of "Double First-class" construction of Tianfu College of Southwest University of Finance and Economics, based in Chengdu and Mianyang campuses of the University, with more than 2,400 students in the College.

· Leading Professional Layout

Paying close attention to the development trend of industries at home and abroad and responding to the demand for talents in regional economic development, we have five undergraduate majors in Finance (including Intelligent Finance joint bachelor's degree program and International Private Banking direction), Financial Engineering, International Economics and Trade, Property Appraisal, and Digital Economy, and four diploma programs in Financial Services and Management, Securities Practice, Property Appraisal and Management, and Cross-border E-commerce. In 2023, a new joint bachelor's degree program in Finance (Intelligent Finance) was introduced in collaboration with Chengdu College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. This program integrates the strengths of both universities, creating an interdisciplinary and cross-university innovative talent training model that combines "New Business" with "New Engineering". In addition, Finance for International Private Banking direction is the first model of professional talents training for the high-end wealth management field represented by private banking in domestic universities. Financial Engineering is the first private university in the region to be established in conjunction with benchmark industry and academic institutions at home and abroad, focusing on cultivating intelligent trading talents that are urgently needed in the market. International Economics and Trade is based on the realities of the Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang industry and focuses on training practical talents for service trade and cross-border e-commerce in the context of globalization.

· Excellent Faculty

We have an excellent teaching and research team with high academic level, reasonable academic structure and full of hard work and motivation. More than half of the full-time teachers have overseas study backgrounds, and over sixty percent of them are dual-qualification teachers. Additionally, our school also actively introduces senior experts from the industry as industry mentors to participate in talent training and professional cluster construction, and work together for development guiding professional construction with the frontier development needs of the industry.

· Internationalized Training System

Based on the national standards and the international financial industry talent training system, we insist on bilingual teaching on a global perspective, and work closely with the top institutions in the industry from Monaco, Switzerland, Hong Kong, the United States and Australia to create a diversified and international industry-academic platform for learning, research, exchange and further study.

· Industry-education Integration and Collaborative Education

We highlight the cultivation of knowledge and skills, and emphasize the cultivation of competence and taste. We have worked closely with industry benchmark institutions to establish a number of leading industry-academia practical training bases, such as the Intelligent Finance Comprehensive Experiment Laboratory in collaboration with CSMAR, the Intelligent Trading Laboratory in partnership with Australian financial institutions, and several bases including the Financial Risk Control and Compliance Simulation Laboratory in collaboration, as well as the Guoxin Securities Financial Database Laboratory, Zhisheng Personal Finance Studio, Cross-border E-commerce labs, Import and export business process integrated labs, etc. to fully meet the needs of industry cutting-edge skills training. These bases fully satisfy the demand for cutting-edge industry skill training. Moreover, we promote teaching and learning through competitions. In the previous three years, our students have participated in various extracurricular professional competitions and won over 300 awards, and have won four group first prizes in related competitions. Among them, 52 students won the first prize in national competitions, 230 students won the second prize in national competitions, 371 students won the third prize in national competitions, and 25 students won other prizes in national competitions; 20 students won the first prize in provincial competitions, and 66 students won the second prize in provincial competitions. On the basis of emphasizing professional learning, the college has pioneered the provision of diverse professional training courses in the field, including Art appreciation, Chinese and Western social etiquette, noble sports, wine tasting, etc., providing comprehensive quality improvement guarantees for students' career advancement.
